This is an excellent all around property!! It has lots of great spots to build a cabin or home. Great high ground areas with some slightly rolling topography. While walking the property it was easy to see that the property was being used well by deer. There were some great areas with slight slopes along the jackpine that were south facing and you could see plenty of deer beds. The property has great bedding cover as well as many great locations to catch deer as they move around the area. With the mix of great bedding cover the property also has a bonus feature of the creek that flows through the property. This adds as a great source of water for all game not just the deer. Also across the road are some fields which during times of the year will draw deer out to the fresh green hayfields. There is also a trail that leads along the northern half of the property and out onto a nice island of sorts that is an excellent area to catch deer moving along and bedding in. Lots of lakes nearby.
